Descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression, one-way ANOVA and independent sample t-test analysis were used in the analysis of the data. The regression analysis results showed that hopelessness about the future, future anxiety and life satisfaction were significant predictors of attitudes towards brain drain. According to the independent samples t-test analysis results, it was found that the tendency towards brain drain was higher in male students and students in the clinical education process, while the tendency towards brain drain was lower in dentistry students than in medical and pharmacy students. The study results provide important data for the development of policies to reduce brain drain in the health sector in Türkiye.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessBrain DrainDentistryMedicine and Pharmacy StudentsFuture AnxietySatisfaction With LifeInvestigation of the attitudes of faculties of medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy students towards brain drain in terms of future anxiety and satisfaction with life levelsArticle10.54535/rep.166415791206220
