Our study highlights the effects of integrated performance on bank value. We develop a model to measure integrated performance (IP) of banks. By using this model, we examine whether banks that have stronger integrated performance are associated with higher value. We have used top 100 banks bank’s financial and non-financial data between 2012 and 2016 to test whether banks value correlated with integrated performance or not. Our findings show that the effects of integrated performance on bank value are positive. Our results suggest that neither financial performance nor social performance single-handedly has a direct impact on bank value. Addition to financial information, non-financial information should be considered to calculate bank value.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessIntegrated Performance of BanksSocial and Financial Performance of BanksIntegrated performance of banks: does integrated performance improve bank value?Conference Object146157
